How far in advance can I post my move?
You can post an estimated move date up to 90 days in advance. Future moves remain in planning until they are confirmed and ready for quotes.
When do pros see my phone number and email?
Your direct phone number, email and exact address stay protected before booking. Communication should stay inside MoveMateOH until you officially hire a pro.
How do I choose a pro?
Compare quotes, business information, Pro Level, Verified Move reviews and marketplace performance indicators, then select the pro you want to hire.
How does a pro become eligible for jobs?
Pros complete an application, provide business and experience information, meet review requirements, and receive admin approval. Job access can also depend on Pro Level, training and job type.
What is a Verified Move review?
A Verified Move review can only be submitted for a job completed through MoveMateOH with the selected pro.
Can a pro respond to a customer review?
Yes. A pro gets one public response to each customer review. Once submitted, that response cannot be edited or submitted again.
What if there is a problem with a job?
Customers can report a job issue through MoveMateOH. Admin can review the job, messages and related marketplace records.
